Gee...
You stole those lines from Family Guy. The "Come on" is from the episode with the big tabacco company and the "I'll cut you real bad" is from when they are in the hotel and they say there are "bad roaches". Be more original and don't steal a good cartoon's funny moments. I gave this a 2/5.
coulda been better..
Well, the animation worked, but the plot and hooks on the jokes needed to be a lot better. It just didn't grab me, and didn't make me laugh. Maybe you need a college freshman english major to help you out. Well, that or at least a funny person sitting in the room with you.
Plot
Did this flash have a plot? if it did i didnt see it. this is just a suggestion give your stuff some plot, some hint of even being made. and u could have shown the noise makers in action for that was what the flash was mostly about.
