Reviews for "Passion Of The Christians"

The point of the movie was overlooked

The reason why so many people went to see The Passion was because this movie showed Truth to this world about who our Creator really is. It also showed that He had to die for us in order that we might come to accept Him as our Lord and come to personally know Him.

I hope that you will see this.

God bless,
Red Phoenix

Why?

It's always nice to know that Racism and hatred for other peoples differences is still alive and well in this world(sarcasm). There's a difference between making a parody and just flat out persecuting people. Everyone has the freedom to beleive or not beleive in what they want and to create whatever they want. I can take jokes, I can joke about my own religion but this video, poorly made I might add, go's way past being a joke and just turns into fuel for hate. By reading other reveiws, you can tell that the phrase "People fear and hate what they don't understand" is very true. Its sad that people knock religion and that twelve year olds use these forums as an excuse to use foul language. I'm just not impressed.

Craptacular

First of all, I'm not Christian. Second, I have nothing against mocking Christianity. But this just sucked. Isn't satire supposed to be, like...funny? And like have jokes and stuff? This was a putrid pile of crap. I didn't laugh once. I didn't even smile. The "artwork" was mediocre at best, and the sound was completely out of synch with the animation. You're a talentless sack of human excrement. Go play hopscotch on the highway.

I just really don't understand...

I don't understand where all this hostility towards Christians and "The Passion" is coming from. Personally, I haven't seen any evidence of physical harm brought to Jews or people who simply didn't see the passion. In fact, I haven't seen any hostility coming from the Christian side of this non-existant debate.

I was troubled by the previous review- specifically the comment that
"... if you are a Jew or muslim or ANY religion, that even tried convert, let alone did, you, my friend, are an asshole..."

I mean, I was under the impression that a person's religion was an issue of individual choice, not that any one religion was supposed to be better than any other religion.

Frankly, imposing one's values on other people seems to be what this movie and several of its reviewers specialize in.

P.S.- Hitler persecuted Catholics along with Jews- just something to think about.

...

I'm Christian, and I don't find this offensive at all ... but it just wasn't funny.
