It's good,
My first attempt at flash was similar to this, but nowhere near as good. This has a great sense of fluid movement as if the spheres actually have some kinda purpose. The soundtrack is great, even through it doesn't pace the animation, it does fit the theme very well. Good effort.

Could be better.
I appreciate the idea, but you could have done a lot better. I was very quickly bored with the moving dots. Maybe a good idea to add some other shapes/movements/features/whatever. It wasn't horrible, but needs to be worked out a lot more.
