Dude first I want to say that FUCK all these idiots who did not think this was good flash! It had a very simplistic charm about it that made it very funny and the artwork was very real! You have a lot of talent!

First off let me say that it was very cleanly animated. The movements were smooth and correct, and the sound effects were on point. There were a few cute moments; him smiling as he flew, or the seal, of course. But some problems lingered.
There was no background action. Cars, people, almost any movement outside the immediate action was nowhere to be found. Also, aside from being cute at times, as I said, there was no real humor that I saw, nothing especially funny. And lastly, it will be interesting to see how this becomes a series, because right now, I'm not seeing it.
