Realistically Detailed.
I think the greatest aspect of this art is the detailed background. The aged walls and ceiling combined with the wild plant-life provide an excellent homage to Portal 2. Your renders of Atlas and P-Body are exquisite as well. Please make more Portal 2 artwork! Also, the Cake is a lie.

I really thougt at first glance that you must have worked with a screenshot or an artwork from Valve or something similar, but then I saw the video you linked to in the despricription. I was really stunned how you really did draw that all by yourself.
Such superior skills, I hope (and think) that you don't "just" do that as a hobby but also that you are working in game design or anything similiar (if not, you should really really overthink that!).
This picture is not worth 10 points; I'd give it straight 100 if it were possible.
