Some real improvement
An actual noticeable flow ... the 'can't even yell' was slightly off at some parts (review it, I could be wrong) and your verses need to be thickened by a voice over to emphasize some parts (just makes it more hard hitting and interesting to the listener). Otherwise, great job.
It'll be worth working on further because it's a track people will want to listen to.

Sick beat
...sick adlibs, flow on point. This is what I've been waitin' for from you, seriously. I knew you had this in there when I heard the first track ya'll dropped way back. Mastering is near the sweet spot and doubles are great in most parts, though the second verse starts out a bit too close to center channel with the first two doubles. Keep up this writing and delivery style, mastering, everything really. Serious.
