I like the overall feel, it goes right along with the story outline you provided. The only thing I could think of that I would've liked better, would be an occasional roll or two in the snare. I play percussion in college and the snare is so much more versatile than it was used here. The beat is great and driving, just an occasional long roll would've been cool :-)

I was thinking of doing a snare roll during the song and believe a suggested it to Tamadrum (who sequenced the percussion). However, we weren't sure how to do it correctly in FL with the soundfont we used.

Another stunning piece by you your comments ,sum the tune up just right.
What can i say your tunes are just amazing, so moving and sad but exellant. This is just strong the tune is just wonderful. The drums are my favourite they are very poigant but moving ,you feel the battle coming on throughout the track. The intro so sad you know a terrible fate ,is happening but you cant stop it. You really make your tunes so good you know how to capture, feeling of sorrow and pain. I can picture the scnes so clearly.
No flaws here its just amazing.

Awesome, thank you for the review! I would love to write music for film and tend to compose with a very cinimatic style. I'm always getting little stories and images in my head to which I base my music upon. I just hope everyone listening is able to "hear" those stories in the music. :)

and you did more of the main sound
but i know tama so he would have helped with the main sound
and that sounds kinda more like your writing the soldier and battle and stuff

He did the drums, I did a lot of the main sound (But he helped with a lot of it) and I wrote the cheesy solider thing mostly. I'm all about the cheese. B)
