This flash always brings a smile to my face. I don't know why it has such a poor rating, I guess as time goes on people just won't be amused by older Flash's.
Unfortunately, the animation is dated. You have to look at this flash with the year 2000 in mind. The animation is quite good for that time.
The voice acting was not that bad, although Hurricane could have been a little better. That kid cracks me up.
Humour is through the roof, animation is dated but I won't hold that against anything. Sound could have been a little better, but regardless. I'll vote 9, just because I don't want this flash to be deleted. However over all it ranks around an 8.
