Pretty funny, awkward too. I just bought tenchu today, and I looked at my xbox because I heard the song playing, heh. The huge ass jump was hilarious, same with the action packed and the ever so exciting boss fight. I dunno why Gaiden was in the title but ok.
I liked it, there's just one thing...
When Piconjo drew his blade, it was the full length of the scabbard. Historically, ninjas used a ninjato (aka shinobigatana). It was a single edge blade slightly longer than a wakizashi, but put into the sheath of a katana to cause the opponent to misjudge the length of the blade, allowing the ninja to gain the upperhand with battoujutsu (sword drawing technique). The leftover space in the sheath was usually used to keep tools in, like shuriken and colored rice. Other than that small thing that bugged me, I thought it was okay.
