1. Yes! I use Prismacolor pencils, I also use watercolor pencils and pastels. Most of the times.
2. Sometimes. What do you mean? Of course digital art is allowed on newgrounds!
I use flash, I have photoshop but I just don't understand that thing :/

it good and well drawn.
but when it got towards the middle I couldn't tell what was going on.
Especially the bottom grey panels.

style wise it's good, story flow wise it's good, just got a bit confusing.

I'm not sure where you get lost so I'll explain the whole thing...
Dude is watching TV. Sees a cockroach. Puts on mask. Jumps dramatically. Lands. Gets mad and crazy and starts to incinerate the shit out of everything (cause he is a pyromaniac)!. The craziness goes and he comes back to normal. The cockroach ends like a fried chicken but with eight legs instead of two.

The cockroach is suppossed to look like a fried chicken, but with eight legs instead of two. Pretty lame actually :(
