This has a kinda' Bioshocky, Call of the Duty, underground feel to it, nice beat. Very nice! Should be in every combat games main screen!

As said below, I could imagine this in a dystopian/post-apocalyptic game's main menu, you pretty much nailed the sinister sound you must have been going for, so well done.
