Decent drawings. Excellent lip-synching made it jump from a 5 to a 7. Fix up your backgrounds, and add shading.
Sound 8:
Voices are loud and clear enough to understand it. Some of it was muffled, or spoken too fast.
Interactivity 0:
No buttons, no menu.
Style 9:
Your style would greatly improve if you added shading and gradients. So far, good stuff.
Violence 3:
Some brief violent moments, especially during the Zhu part.
Humor 10:
This is where you shined! "I will cook their bodies with ancient Chinese methods", "I uh, uh, forget to feed uh, uh, my DENTAL PLAN!" So many quotes, so little space.

You've got the basics down for a good parody Flash, but you need to work on a few things.
