The drawing itself is very well done. This drawing would be better appreciated at a later date. I like the shading and everything but why is the mother(?) showing off her underwear?

Everyone thinks you're being mean... but not me. I see a story behind this picture. An Earthquake, followed by a tsunami... and one young child, a surviver seeks out to find her mother lying on the floor, dead, starting to cry. I see where you're coming from, I really do. This picture shows that you symphasize with Japan, and respect it, and feel sorry for all those who lost their lives.
I feel sorry for them, too. Am I the only one who can see the TRUE emotion and colours behind this piece?
