Reviews for "Volvagia - Fire Temple Boss"

nicely done sabs

i like how you managed to get so much depth with only a handful of colors, although his left arm seems a lot longer then his right *assuming its behind the fire hair*... i like the coloring on the face the most as i think you spent the most time on it... anyway... looks like you had a art splurge... :3

Sabtastic responds:

Hehe - it only looks like an art splurge because so many of my prismacolor sketches have just been collecting dust in my Moleskine book. ;P

I'm glad you like this one so much!
Was definitely a favourite of mine out of the whole book.

Knew it was

Volvagia as soon as I seen the face. Which means you did a good job lol. 10/10 5 stars..not an art nut so I can't really give ya criticism, but hey, I like it at least !

Sabtastic responds:

Nice! I'm glad that the face turned out to actually be recognizable!
Thanks a lot for the kind words, and the very generous 10. :)

Very Good i like it

This is a very impressive drawing i only saw one error but perhaps i just look too close. (the Right claw is where i saw it) im an artist at heart so i look for very small details but other than my strict criticism i believe that this is a great piece of work Especially that you did it in your free time. I am a big LoZ Fan so i love these types of artwork. I am very impressed by your inking and your coloring skills Hoping for future drawings or projects. Make Me Proud :3

Sabtastic responds:

Thanks!

Not sure about the mistake you pointed out, though... Where exactly is it? :c
Sorry - I'm just curious because I'd love to fix it if possible, or just be aware for next time.

(the right claw from the viewer's standpoint, or the dragon's right claw? Also, which specific claw?)

It's beautiful what you can do with prisma

I love the varieties of red you used to define this awesome she-beast. Even the subtleties of the lava in the background are cool and don't take away from the monsters bright flare. This is inspiration enough for me to go pay 40 bucks for a set of prisma pencils or markers, thankyou :)

Sabtastic responds:

Bwaaahh-- 40 bucks for a set?!
That's a steal! Where are you finding these??! o_o

Also, I'm extremely flattered, thanks for the 10! c:

Epicness

I had a feeling this was your's. I was like "This looks epic, must be Sab's . . . . Yup!"

Seriously though, this is a great job for being done in between classes!

Sabtastic responds:

Aww!! cx
I love the thought of my art having a distinct look to it..!

Thanks, those are some kind words. c:
