This game was great
I love GTA3 and this wasn' a let down. I especially like it when i fucked up on the ice cream vans, but i didnt hafta do the whole thing again (that made me happy!). But i did find one fucked up thing. He took a damn cab to ammu-nation!?!?! WTF! GTA characters don't take cabs, they steal cabs, man get it straight OMG....nah j/k, good animation, good job.
Hahaha, thanks for the idea. Next time he'll STEAL a cab, not just ride one. Why pay if you don't have to, right?

I didn't play the whole thing, but I definitely liked what I saw. As others have said, you definitely nailed down the feel of GTA3...even though Vice City is better, I still played the shit out of some GTA3...*misty eyed*
Anyway, I would learn some more actionscript if I were you and try to make this a little more interactive than point and click. HOWEVER, I know from personal experience that doing so can be frustrating, so try to add some more 1st person shooting elements in the game; I'm sure you could do that fairly easy and it doesn't take a lot of code.
It's obvious that you put quite a bit of work into this; the illustrations are great! Just work on the experience a little more...maybe structure this like a Choose Your Own Adventure story or something. This is all just constructive criticism...don't give up on this game quite yet. The more you can hold NG user's interest, the better chances you'll have of making the front page!
Yeah I've been working on the action script for quite some time now, but this game has been in the works so long that I decided to just submit it by the end of March. So I did. Don't worry, next time I'll make better use of good 'ol action script. And I'll incorperate more 1st person shooter stuff too. Thanks for the helpful review.

I love the GTA games, & I felt this captured the feel of the GTA world nicely. I hope to see the next part comming soon...

You should have a "Continue from last button" button if you get too far in the game and die. Other than that, great and flawless!
