Very good indeed

I loved the song mate, I never expected to find talent like this on newgrounds as I'm a fellow trance producer (have been for about 4 years) and often the songs I find on here were made using ejay or someone inexperienced with fl studio. Your song was mastered perfectly though and sounded brilliant, in the climax the sidechaining of the pad and the bass works well and adds emphasis to the main lead and piano. Also the build up is amazing, it builds up to the track quite well. The main lead in the climax needs to sound a lil phatter if you get what i mean though as it sounds a lil flat and when the climax happens it doesn't sound as if it is the climax.
Also with the ending of the track i would avoid the changing of the bass as i'm sure this would definetly be playable in a club so with the mix down the bass needs to stay in the same note or when the dj mixes in the next song it sounds quite odd and wierd.
Good look in the future and i'll keep checking out your music as it is just phenominal.

Thanks for the review bpcooper, it's a shame that there are so many inexperianced users here, taking the limelight from people who really deserve it, there are alot of good trance artists here like, pulstate, dj immune, karco and mrmilkcarton.

Very outer-space like feelits a realy good song i like it alot its on my mp3 player :P it should be in a game like TimeSplitters its that good keep it up XKore its amazing stuff

this is great. true trance right here ^^

at first i was like meh i don't have high expectations for this but you really drove it through with the sfx, perc, and pads all running at the same time. most of the instruments are very high quality and you have a nice atmosphere of ambiance and airiness. i liked it. your kick had the nice ... "wuhmp wuhmp" thing going but it could have been stronger. and the whole time. i was wondering. damn when is the bass gonna come in. then i realized my sub woofer was down and little bit... turned it up and still i could barely hear it. you should pump that up in the climax.
5/5 obviously. this should be 1st on the weekly best in my opinion. this is waaayyy better than g-R's song... no offense to him but you put a lot more effort into this and it shows!
im working on a trance song now and i might finish it soon. ill pm you for some advice on it if you have the time or if i ever do finish it.

I was a bit unsure about the bass aswell, most of the time when I do bass it's overly loud on the monitors in my room next door so I toned it down but didn't check it, so I wasn't sure if the levels were right or not. Another guy said the kick could be stronger aswell, I think that the level I have it at right now is too loud to let the pads takeover and create atmosphere but too quiet to creat a phat beat, if you know what I mean? kind a like a compromise between the two. I might fix this song up in the future.

Fuck yes!

Some one who makes their songs more then 2 minutes long! Fuck yes! Anyone who does that gets put on my favorite artists list like immediately.

Great beat dude, I love that mellow icy scream in the background at 1:10, 1:37, 2:06 and so on. That piano was a nice kick and shit dude. I love mellow trance that has a kick ass beat. Man dude this is like the definition of a come down song after a long night of raving. Long, mellow but nice ass climax at 3:16 to keep the roll going. God damn! I comment on a lot of music but I so rarely down load any and even less get a 5/10 because it's just not long enough to even get a feel off of it or some other reason. Your reason is the same small room feel, still great song but it would have been better as a larger feel. I read the other reviews and see that you didn't compress it so no judging there then.

I will be keeping track on you for more great music, just please keep them over or at least at 3 minutes long. 2 minutes is just too damn short! Hope to see you again soon.

Thanks for the review man, if you like long trance songs like this you should check out Karco and Pulstate too, they make some good shit here aswell and can get up to 10 mins +.

I've been refining my technique aswell to get larger feel and a more cleaner atmosphere, I'm working extra hard on my next tracks x].
