Not that good..
When I watch a NG flash, I don't wanna learn stuff. Although it was nicely researched and explained. I gave you 10 for sound because of your theme song. I know it comes from the end of Saiyuki, Rune soldier, or Final Fantasy Unlimited. I'm pretty damn sure its FF unlimited, let's check *windsofdeath pops goes on Comcast On Demand, goes to FFU, fast forwards till the end, eats a sandwich, and returns to his computer) Yup, it's FFU's. that you suck at working with sprites. If you are going to have a sprite jump at least get the JUMPING sprite rip so it looks real.
