There have been many of these...
but this one's pretty nifty.
For one thing, I really like your button designs (and hey, you can CLICK THE WHOLE BUTTON! awesome! #;-}>) and the actual layout of the handbook.
For another, your text is big, a nice gray colour, and easy to read.
And lastly, you attempted to, and succeeded at, showing the full range of NG level icons, rank badges, whistles, and audio awards.
The only things you could have added to make it even more complete, I suppose, are icons for the daily 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th place, but hey, your movie won 5th place, so it's not too hard to find that icon when you're on its page! heh. And possibly also the gems that signify number of views reached for movies.
But anywho... there are two major problems, though. As jon, and presumably people before him, noted... your music shuts back on every time you come back to the main menu, whether you have it on or NOT, I'm not sure which way that would be more irritating, but I'm not really paying attention to the music right now because I'm listening to my own. And thus, perhaps letting us all choose what to do with our ears while using your informative flash might have been a better idea. That or fix the mute button to stay muted until we click it again, not to reset all the time.
And secondly, you're a bit off on the level 30/deity whistle information in the whistle levels section. Not too serious a mistake, but there is no limit of 1 each... ties between 2 or more people give all the people tied (at either most exp or most whistle points) the level 30 icon and the deity whistle.
Aside from the music and that one error... I love the presentation! Never enough NG rank/level stuff on the portal for me, and to whoever said it wastes bandwidth... beh, if you think a 821k flash with around 3500 views is wasting bandwidth, you have no idea of the real issues facing Tom Fulp's site.
