I know what video you are talking about. I saw it as well. It was pretty creepy, but it was also cool.
I also heard that the upbeat music was from Banjo-Kazooie, but it could be wrong. It sounds like it came from a video game.
As for the picture, it looks great, even though I find it a bit intimidating to see the mouth open like a monster with fangs. I'm afraid that if I provoke it, it might chomp my dick off while I'm asleep. However, I did like the style of the picture. I know it was done with paint, but it looks like it was drawn with chalk. I don't know, that's just me.

Yeah, I exaggerated the teeth a little bit. JUST A LITTLE. Mouth face really should have large teeth though, I mean his face IS a mouth and all.
