Reviews for "FFVI: The Day After Part9"

FINALLY!

After two months now, the wait is over! The next installment of "FFVI: The Day After" has arrived to N.G! I'd thought that you might've discontinued the series or something. (which would've been quite a drag), but I now realize that it must've taken this long because of all the ideas that had to be thought up and put together for the storyline. This one had a decent amount of action, but tells more about Vince's flashback to why he wants revenge on Kefka. The music selection in this one was also very nice. (alot of it from FF7) and really flowed well with the mood of the story. But man, I was starting to get afraid that there wouldn't ever be a part 9. Considering the long wait, it's almost like all the fans who are waiting for the next Star Wars movie to come out. (only the time is shorter luckily!) Anyways, this was a very good episode and I'm sure part 10 is probably gonna be the BIGGEST episode yet! Good luck with these and don't stop. They are most awesome!

Vinstigator responds:

Yeah I've been having these ideas in my head for a while now, and I finally got to use them! And now you know why Vince helped Cyan, Mog, and Locke escape. Part 10 will definately be the one to remember :)

Nice

Nice work here. I like all of your other movies too. Keep up the good work. I cant wait for the next one.

Vinstigator responds:

Thanks! The next one will be better :)

You are getting better...as hard as that seems.

The storyboard is moving along very nicely. Once again I commend you on your juggling of the story, it is a rare thing to be able to do that and keep everything moving smoothly as well as not lose your audience. And the letter froum Gau was totaly Gau! Perfect use of character. This series inspired me to go back and pull out FF3 and the ol' Super Nintendo as well as to go out and buy Chrono-trigger, so hopefully I'll understand all the nuances of that also. Once again, GREAT job and did I note some music from FFVII in there too? ;)

Vinstigator responds:

Yes it is very difficult keeping the story running smoothly. Especially with 15 main characters (including Vince)! But when I get reviews like this, it makes me feel like all this hard work paid off.

Well you could download both of those games from http://www.geocities.com/atom11_1999/ff3dl.html

Or you could by Final Fantasy Anthology and Chronicles as they just became greatest hits (meaning they are only $20.00 now). I own both Anthology and Chronicles just because I wanted CT and FFVI! And yes, music from FFVII was present.

"Ahead on our way" was playing during Vince's flashback and "Aeris' Theme" was playing during Karen's death scene (also from Vince's flashback).

Thanks for the awesome score :)

=[

isnt that house shadows house?

Vinstigator responds:

Nope that's Duncan's house (the guy who trained Sabin).

Aaaaaaaaaaaaagh!!!

God...I am seriously tired of that laugh...Another good animation...

Vinstigator responds:

Thanks!
