I like the shading and colors. And the boulder on top of the peak makes this look mysterious.

I just feel sorry the little village down below. One good gust of wind and their tots fucked mmmm buddy.
but seriously i like it. not wholly appealing to me and that's the only reason i give it a 9, but it's not like i'm some sort of art critic or something.
