Not Bad...
Your anamations are very well done and I can see that you spent lots of time drawing out a lot of those frames...I think you can make the sound a bit better though...I know it will increase the file size but it will still be better. I'm sure you have a friend or two that would do some voices...still a very nice job.

Good flash here. Can't wait for the sequel!
Few tips...
1.) Add some music, very important for fight sequences. Just too plain without music during fighting, and would greatly add to the atmosphere if you did.
2.) Keep it up for the manga/anime style - you got their expressions right on-the-spot.
3.) Voice and lip syncing is top-notch - keep it up.
4.) Your file size wasn't too bad either. And having your preloader lower quality than the whole movie is a good idea - low expectation, then gets higher, and higher until...
