Not bad.
For a sprite movie it's pretty good.
but the bad audio really kills this movie.
You need more/better sounds !!
more background sounds, more fitting music.
there are often "holes" in the audio which makes it all almost boring...
Also, use sounds that loops perfectly, the sound for the vehicule had a pause where they should loop, that really annoyed me, if you're using mp3s it does that, use wavs and edit them with a sound editor to make them loop perfectly. Always have background music, even if it's really moody and subtle...have sounds for everything that should make sound...why wasn't there a constant "war ambiance" ?? it's like totally missing something...it's a war movie!
anyway, I congrats you for the nice sprite action, good choice on the sprites, good action, but really work on the sound next time, it's even more important than the graphics.

Using Metal Slug and Megaman characters and veicles was very classic but at the same time unique because you based it on the plot of terminator.
On of the best flashes on NG make anouther one and youll go in history

I am un impressed, I know you put a lot of effort into this. But the graphics were ripped, story borrowed from T-2... I cannot get into this movie
