But buggy. When you shoot the purple ship the music stops. The Exit button does nothing. The highscores dont work and when you win the game practically just resets itself. Try some different sprites, or try your own graphics. And here is a hint. NEVER USE GRADIENTS UNLESS YOU ARE USING THEM FOR LIGHTING/SHADING/FADING EFFECTS!

I actually have something nice to say about this game. The music wasn't an obnoxious piece of crap, and indeed was serene and tranquil, giving the feeling of a Metroid game. However, it was STILL repetitious. You need to make something like an RPG, even that Dragon Hunter game is less repetitive than any game you've made. Make a game with depth and story, then get back to me.

Games don't have to have depth to be playable or fun, they just have to be playable, and it is.

For some reason this game reminds me of Space Invaders... (Joking) If your a big fan of Metroid and Space Invaders, you'll love this game. It's awsome! However, it can get boring after some time and the highscore screen takes forever to load. (In fact it didn't even load for my computer because I got tired of waiting.) Great game, keep it up!

Yay space invaders made better!!!!! Awesome. I dont care what anyone say`s that was a graet game! My friends and i have always said space invaerds is a great game and it should be combined with metroid THis was cool because it was samus` ship from fusion you had to hit instead of the mother ship!! I like this one.
oh and stick0 this was a great remake of a classic game thats why there classics so they can be brought back only different.
