Reviews for "Flashforbeginners: CLAY"

OK, but not great.

Well, it did explain the basics, but I was kinda hoping for more details, like what program you use for capturing the frames, maybe some links to get the stuff...

Most of what was told should be self-evident to most folk.

On a lighter note, I liked your little animations and the way you showed the process in Flash.

The animation at the end wasn't fantastic, but at least it showed something reasonably achievable.

GAMECUBICLE responds:

well... i use Quickcam. But you might use Anasazi. Its a free program. You can find a link to the download on my site.

Thanks!

Clay mations rule!

I hope this has inspired more to try it!

BOOOOO

First off for a guy thats makes a tutorial on clay animating....u suck at it....your hand was in multiple frames and the animation itself I found choppy...but atleast you know the correct steps.

GAMECUBICLE responds:

Yeh, my hand was in the frames 3 times. I used a really bad stopmotion program back then, now i use Quickcam.
The annimation in my clay movies now is better the when i made this.
I now working on a great clay movie. Is going to be about 8 minutes.

Simple, but fun.

I'm not really into animation, but I think this was a pretty good tutorial. The reason I gave you the scores I did, though, were because it's apparent that this wasn't a Huge project for you. It was short, which is good and bad, and there wasn't a lot of interactivity, but I think you got the basic ideas across, and the little animation at the end was REALLY intriguing.

.

Well i think anyone should know how to do that, the dumbasses that dont might acctually find this usefull. BTW the track by blur is called Song #2, fix it.
