Reviews for "Final Goodbye (EQ)"

Great

It could use a little bit less piano, and maybe put the piano into a filter. It kind of sticks out.

Great song otherwise!

Equation responds:

It culd do with a slight filter, it's a shame I never saved this project as I would go back to edit bits here and there... and also extend the lengh of it too.

Top shelf :)

Left it on repeat for about half an hour :). I love ambient and yours was particularity good.

Eh...

The singing was delayed, the starting and ending, so maybe you could refine the song. Other than that, it was great!

Equation responds:

Really? I've listened but don't know what you mean? Could you PM me explaining, if there is a fault there then I would like to correct it.

Cheers.

Personally, I cannot find the connection.

Looking at this song, I found it cheerful at first before it desends into a place somewhere between melancholy and contentment. The music and lyrics are beautifully choerographed, but looking at the song overall- I am afraid I must give it this score.

Perhaps it is because I did not listen carefully, but I cannot find the connection between the title, and the lyrics. For me, that is the most important part in a song. Just as well, the beginning seemed to happy for me to relate to the title, Final Goodbye(EQ). I didn't like that fact, which was made worse because even as the song goes into depth it doesnt truely integrate with the the deeper meaning in the lyrics. I also did not like the fact the song was way too short. I can understand that making a song is difficult- but a song thats only two minutes and twenty seconds short does not hold my attention for the period of time I usually do. I'd also like to add to that. The climax came too quickly, which is inefficient for listening to music.

On the good side, I loved the vocalist immensely. She has real talent, and the music itself is not too bad either at first. Blending the piano in to add meaning to the song was a brilliant move, and in places I really enjoyed the song.

Overall, It is good to listen to- but this isn't perfect.

Equation responds:

Thats alright at least I got a 7 :)

I don't understand how you did not see the connection with the song title and the song itself though, She's singing about a partner she is no longer with but misses dearly, this was her way of letting go and saying the final goodbye, the (EQ) part on the end of the song is so that people know it's my song because my artist name is Equation and obviously the first 2 letters from that name is EQ...

In fairness it is a really short track, I originally posted this song without any lyrics (Forever Missed which was a short song dedicated to my father,

Unfortunatly I never saved the project so I couldn't extend it which is a shame as I also wanted it a bit longer.

Hopefully you'll like our future tracks that we are working on at present time.

EQ

Equation responds:

Are you into sticking fingers up your arse instead then?
