This one's going more for line play than proportions, which are quite unrealistic anyaway. Curving the spine in a groovy way and try to get the rest of the drawing help to make the watcher follow that "S"-shaped curve.
Plus, it makes the drawing more iconic, that I think it's better.
But any comments on the matter are interesting and encouraged. Thank you really much, honestly.

Love the lineart and how everything is so well blended. Works as a banner, and I think if it was simplified a bit more it could make a nice logo too.

You're right, focusing in a detail of the girl and using more regular lines would make a decent logo.
