Very realistic
I remember George Bush when he worked at my McDonald's. He got fired for putting his meat in between the buns. Then I was like, "Aw, George doesn't work here anymore, he always gave me free fries because he didn't know how to push the right buttons on the register and it was too frustrating for him..."
... Anyways, next year he was in the presidential election and I was like WTF?. Then of course, he became president. True story.
TL;DR, this looks like Bush when he couldn't figure out how to open the register at Mickie D's.
