Sounds exactly like the call center where I worked for two years. Been there, done that. Loved the dialogue! Excellent effort all around, good animation, music, and scripting. 5!

Heh, actually no, it's not West, but that's the sick part... I've worked in a number of call centers now and it's amazing how many companies are screwed up in similar ways.
