Yes, the war -is- over.

This is merely an animated re-enactment of it. Not a patriotic piece of patriotishm, as you put it. Apparently you have a skewed perspective of what the majority of Americans think about Germans. The only reason that Nazis is most video games and such are referred to as Germans is because the vast majority of them were German.

I, personally, have no problem with Germany or Germans. I'd be one hell of an idiot if I did, seeing as how I'm about 60% German in origin (and damn proud of it). As you apparently know, being German has nothing to do with being a Nazi.

Now, regarding our president. He is not Hitler, nor could he ever in his wildest dreams become like Hitler. For all his follies, Hitler was an intelligent man. Our president is not.

Now, on to the movie. It was good. I liked it, but it could've been a tad longer, perhaps. Having the German voice acting in there would've been cool, too. Love the original animation style. All in all, good job.

It was ok

It was ok, but it promotes the fact that Americans think that they won world war 2, even though the pussys came in about 2 hours before the end of it. England won the war, and you dumbasses can say that you saved our asses, but you didnt, about 2 americans came over to england and were shot immediately. You fought the war in Germany and france, but not England. America, the country that LOST to Vietnam, god you must be a proud, fat, stupid country.

Well, it's cool.

But not that cool. You're close, but if you make a war epic you have to make the veiwer feel as if they were right there. The characters need to be more lively and you should try doing the camera from a first person perspective once in a while.

ah, yeah, what i heard about america is, that they still think, Hitler is the "president" of Germany today.
But in fact, Hitler is the President of the USA nowadays, well, he has changed his name ...

But to the Movie: i liked the graphics style, but all in all the movie is just a patriotic piece of patriotism, isnt it?

Thats wasn't bad..but i'll make a few comments...
-the weapons and sherman's design were good; but the soldiers weren't that good.
-During WWII, the 88s were used by crews of 3 men (the first man aim, the second fire, and the third reload the gun) so the german cant fire with the 88 alone.
