I liked your style , it certainly has a "mood" to it which not many flahs animations do. However I would like to point out the fact that the baloon floated up ward until it reached the top of the building THEN went sideways, surely this is impossible. Then , the kid jumps off the side of the building and his full weight is supported by the single baloon which was seeming being guided by tracks as it never gained or lost altitude.
I would also like to ask ; If this baloon is the child's only friend like you said , then what does he do when it begins to deflate? does he pump it back up or buy a new one?

Umm... It's a magical balloon. That's why the kid likes it so much, that's why it defines physics, and THAT's why it doesn't deflate! Thanx for your review
