But, your drawings are kind of an eye sore. These 'movies' would probably go over a lot better if you took real pictures (especially of Arnold) and edited the mouths, like other Arnold call flashes do.
As for the actual clip, it was pretty funny.

I've seen clips like this one before, when they used Arnold's voice. Unfortunately for you, it's a long time ago, and therefore I didn't like it as much. Prank calls are fun, but try to imitate someone instead, or use voices other ppl haven't used a lot yet. There was no animation except lip movement, but all in all, it's a reasonable performance.

if you had worked on the animation some more, it would have made it quite a bit better, otherwise I think there is no problem with taking someone elses idea and using it to make something of your own. gave me a couple of laughs, good job :]
