Reviews for "Dreamwalker"

Actually one of the best audio I have heard.

The thing that I found was that it actually wasn't too repetitive, which is a problem that can easily come along with audio as long as yours. Which brings up my next point, most of the audio here is a lot shorter then the one that you have submitted. Very good for your first post. Good job.

Wow, this is definatly a very diversified song, almost chaotic. It sounds as if three or four songs are going on at the same time, but it works.

I think the intro was the weakest part of the song. When the piano sets in the song gets A LOT better and easier to listen to (the change in volume during the intro was a bit annoying).

I like that you changed the beat, rhythm and melody so often. Those kind of experiments can go awfully wrong, but as I've already mentioned above: It works! :)

Decent

It's a decent track that you have hear although it sounds to be pretty busy and also quite loud too, which is okay if people like that kind of thing. But to me, it can just sound a little too loud, caused by the mass of instuments I belive, though it does get a little less busy later on which is good. The middle part is very nice and I like that, kind of calm in a way, it's very good there.

The whole thing does come together well, so no real problems with the structure of it and the time is used very well, so good job with that. It is definatly not repetitive though, which is brillient, but to me it doesn't really sound to fit in with the title too well, I mean parts do, which is good but other parts don't. Overall though, this is definatly a good track, good work on this.

Great start

This is a great track very much like a dream sequence ,from start to end.

I love the beginning right from, it start its a funky groovy track. As it long you have the advantage of being able to have various, diffrent genres of music fitted in there. I liked the piano and other sounds i could not make out. The drums i think are great very much a head turning track. So much fitted in in only a short time so much variety, as to make it hard to know what sounds the best. It worked anyway no bits sounded out of place, it had bit for everybody.

No faults here a exellant track that used it long playing well.

Organized Chaos

Personally, Im all about the buildup. In this song you should have started out with that piano and lead up to the heavy mix. When it just starts out like that the song seems a bit cluttered and I dont know whats going on. Buildup has a great effect on the user and keeps them interested.

This seems to be a large experiment seeing how many sounds you can create in Reason, combining them together into a hot bowl of music. It would be great but a puzzle like game with many objects. I like how you slow it down at points and bring in some great bass. There were like 60 instruments in here. Dang you sure know how to work magic with synths. At 3:29 it got into a really crazy beat.

Your music is wayyy more complicated than mine haha. My songs have like... 6 instruments max. Yours have like 60. I might name a song "Dreamwalker" and it would just be a mellow pad mixed with other background elements and SFX, building up into a windy like atmosphere or something. You, on the other hand, combine a series of well made instruments into this. Great job on that. Props ~ <3
