Not bad ..
Maybe decrease the gravity for the parts so they don't fall down so fast when doing the dance maneuvers.
Maybe change the face to something memorable like our President or So Damn Insane. :)

I found it pretty funny actually, I hope it don't get blammed. Fix the sound loop however it pauses when it starts over again. Either fix it or change it. Other than that I voted 5 to save it. Make a better one, with better graphics, and a funnier character and this could be even better.

It's very funny. You had a little trouble with looping the music. There is also a bug that sometimes when you press several buttons in a row, the actions starts to combine, and every limb, including the head, is flying around to every place. That's funny.
