That music is the Benny Hill theme. The actual name is "Yakety Sax" by Boots Randolf.
Nicely done...if confusing at first.
Well it was nicely made but I was under the impression that I was going to be shown lots of secrets from Mario The Lost Levels, but entertaining none the less.
