Isn't that swordman "Genryu Shino" from "Genryu's Blade DVD"?. (Check the top 50 of all time in the portal)
he had the same clothes, same hair damn, he also have the same dragon blade.
Now this can have two ansewr:
1) you plain steal Genryu's desing
2) You know ShockAnime some how and ask him to use his character
