Garbage.
Way too many errors that should of been fixed. in a lot of places, it seems like you just took the easy way out instead of trying to do a quality job. like having the singers hair in his face so you wouldn't have to animate and lip-sync his mouth. A good workaround, yes, but it would have been a lot better if you would have taken the time.
Spend some more time learning
If that was your first attempt at flash, it was ok. If not I shall cry for you. The movie screamed tween the whole time. Let me give you some advice, get a book on flash an teach yourself, it does wonders, really. I don't mean to promote this book, but there is a good one called "Sams teach yourself Flash 5 (I know a bit outdated) in 24 hours" give it a shot. I started using it and noticed a huge improvement in a couple of hours.
