Lewa and Onua had the best og designs imo. Pohatu and Kopaka come second then Gali and Tahu were okay.

My favorites have always been Tahu, Kopaka and Lewa, though I still really love all their designs. Gali's is the one that looks the least 'fitting' since it's the most overtly sci-fi looking, rather than the tribal-mask inspiration for the others.
You did them all justice right there. If only Gen 2 didn't get shot in the head before it could even fly by Lego's interference before launch. There was such potential to really remake G1's first 3 years to heart but too bad. Anyway great job.
EDIT: Yeah I found out a bit about it. It's clear that the writers and artists had bigger plans for G2 that were true to the start of G1, but Lego slapped all of that down.

This brings back great memories! These Lego toys seemed so cool because at the time (I think) Lego had no other toys like them. I actually have all six of the originals in one piece! I have some of the later stuff, but G1 will always be my favorites. You did a fantastic job with their colors and the minimalist look really highlights the details. Awesome job!
