considering this is your first flash, that was pretty good. im not going to bother critiquing your style, all i'll say is that it looks like with a little practice, you could become a skilled animator, so keep it up!

No way, Ok first off I love your graphics. you did a great job, your background great, even thou when he was walking where there were no trees and no signs looks like he was walking in white space :) but this flash was nice now what I didn't like. What was ging on, I didnt find the story I know there was one but I didnt quite figure it out. So I love everything but the story, nice music, great charactr design and the physics you used to have him battle the snow was nice. So great job and i do hope to see more of these. As a question about you thou how did you learn flash, how long did this take, and is this really your first flash to NG?

Yea it really is my first flash on NG. Thanks for the feed back, really good to kno what I can do to improve. To answer your questions, I repeatedly visited NG and just had to get the program to submit my own work. Of course this was a year ago. I began to play around with Flash 5 as time flew, seeing as how I didn't wanna submit trash. After a while, I became aquainted with the graphics and whatnot, and the first result is this. The flash took about 4 days, give or take due to hw and classes ^^. And once again, yes this IS my first flash on NG =D

But I was soooo dissapointed by this. I have loved this song for about two years now and when I saw someone trudging through the snow I really felt it was going to be a good flash with an actual plot! Nope, it degenerated into yet another "fight scene". Now don't geet me wrong, you have some real skill in graphics! Also the animation was pretty damned good. But please, next time ask someone else to storyboard for you. Or maybe make it with a friend, both contributing. The more a viewer can't guess what's happening the better, really. That's what makes watching these flash's fun!

I loved the music, I forgot what song it was, but it kicked ass! great animations too, it wasnt too voilent but thats just the way I like it!

For your first flash this was pretty damned good. I wished more people would wait until they're at your level before they post stuff. Keep it up. You're going to go far. If people flame you for this...that's their problem especially considering a lot of the crap that has been posted as of late.
