There is no doubt about it: this is the only real fucking way to lose weight. I lost 35lbs over the summer by starting a healthy diet and regular exercise routine. it's really easy once you're into the routine full swing, and you shape up too.

Love your work

I love your stuff. I just saw your flash tutorial today off of the portal and had to checkout other things. This is by far the best of yours I've seen. I love the way you use infommmercials the corny ass way they seem to do it on tv. I like your style of humor. I also like how you can find little jokes in the background. I especially loved this one because of the weight issue. People are so dumb. They sit on thier ass, watch ricki lake, and eat incessantly all day and then when they get fat they say it's not thier fault. They all expect some miracle drug to make them lose weight overnight and can't see that the obvious treatmennt is diet and exercise. If they're fat and not doing anything about it. Then why bitch? Loved it keep it up.
