one rough start...
well, you could of put more in that trailer, make it more interesting, you know, that was all that was wrong with it
Left to right, top to bottom...
Looks like it'll be a cliched "I'm good, they're bad" fantasy game. Also, if your goimg to have text appearing on the screen have it read down the screen at least. That way you look like less of an idiot.
Should make it more newgrounds
I dont see how this relates to newgrounds, if you wanted to make it look more newgrounds-y then you could have shown the newgrounds page, then had the viewer fly through a tunnel to newgrounds city where the characters depicted on newgrounds live, and something like that... I'm inspired to create a Newgrounds RPG myself, and dont worry, if I do decide to make one, then I won't follow your style.

You could have called this DBZ OMFG TMNT RPG...
You could replace that opening line "On the outskirts of Newgrounds..." with anything from "Three blocks from Santa's Workshop..." or "In a land that exists in every Fantasy RPG..." and it would have been the same. How does that game have ANYTHING to do with newgrounds.com? The plot so far is the generic "I must save my town and go on an adventure where I will uncover a deep mysterious plot and a lead badguy who wants to destroy the world while traveling with my ragtag group of friends with pure hearts and unclear goals" RPG plotline.
*yawn*
Oh, and the music sounded like you got your cat to stick a recorder up it's nose and blow as hard as it could while you tried to play notes on the holes that were not covered in cat snot. PLEASE pick a different song next time.
