not a bad start...
but it needs sound! Even if that is stick-men, I liked the style you took with it, nice fast smooth motion. BUT I could hardly read what they were saying, maybe try typing what they say? or see if you can get some voice actors (ask around forums).
Other than those things it wasn't too bad.

I thought it was nice. I can tell it took u tim. I think you should work on graphix cause in the beggining it was sort of hard to see at first (Remember you know what's in the picture others dont)add some colors and brush it up maybe add sound and it'll be a great hit I can garentee.

Slick Frame-by-frame work there
quite good, but the sequel could be better.
Improvements:
-sounds. the thing was totally mute. Voice acting and sound effects would be great
-easier to read text. Whether typed or scrawled, just make it more legdible.
But, yeah, its pretty great. Hope the sequel lives up.
