Not too bad.
That's some good stuff you got there, and the system of it looks ok especially characters but the battle with Crono flat-out crashes. Take it out. You say it's a nintendo special, then why are there Shining Force II backgrounds? But the game's still good anyway.

Good potential
Looks great. It's improved over the first - it has a more RPGish feel to it. Exploring towns, obtaining items, and objectives - sounds pretty cool. Finish it up as soon as you can.
