Lucario is Steel and Fighting type, yes? And Regigas is a Normal type.. Fighting tyoe attacks are effective aganist Normal type.. And Normal type attacks are not very effective aganist Steel type.. So Lucario will win in this battle. Ah, yeah, great picture.
