That's very evil looking. It looks like a "Satan" type Pokemon alright, but it all looks a little too... complicated. Try looking at it like this. All Pokemon (apart from a select few, Ho-oh for example) appear first in the games, rather than in the anime/movies. Try visualising it as a game sprite, and think about how much detail you can feasibly put in before the sprite starts to look garbled and unrecognizable. That, in my eyes, is a good way of measuring detail.
Other than that, these are good pictures. Keep drawing, man, you're good at this.

From an artistic standpoint, I like this work because of its fallen angel theme and the dark of the central figure against the harsh red. The concept of the picture, however, I do not like. I can tell there is little originality in the theme. Pokemon already has Giratina as its Satan and whenever anyone draws thier own pokemon, it is just trying to make it seem "superpowerful" like not being able to be confused, paralized, etc. Good picture, but I don't like the theme of it.

...I'm not much of a Pokemon fan, but I remember having that one. It didn't look all great in-game, but looking at this picture, it looks epic. Real nice, bud. :D
