A Kit Game.
This game, like the Space Shooter game that appears on Newgrounds so often, is made using a kit. You changed a few library symbols and submitted it as your own. This could have taken anyone five minutes to modify.

You are missing the point
The point is its still PACMAN! You changed 1 image; that's all; change the ghosts; change the map, change the fruit into what sonic eats (if u remember the crappy old cartoons for some reason he eats chillidogs), change the big pills to emeralds adn the small pills into rings - change something.
BORING!
Same old crap. It just has Sonic instead of pacman, and the same sounds and everything. DO NOT PLAY SONIC PACMAN 2. ALMOST IDENTICAL EXCEPT WITH KNUCKLES FOR PACMAN AND ROBOTS FOR GHOSTS!
More sonic....and more pacman
