Wow. This is absolutely amazing. And who cares about the instruments not being as realistic as they could be?!?! They're fine as is. Actually, I think if you altered them it would totally screw up the feel of the song. It's just...wow. Beyond words.

This song is great!
A tiny bad thing on this: there is a backgroundnoise as if a wind was blowing against a mic. But its not too bad. Your melody is quite catchy and i love this song.

To add sth offtopic: There have to be a tragedy in your town, cause this song is really sad (healthy towns should be livefull, happy and most times fast)

I sort of see it as not a song for a village, but for the scene where the hero is standing on the hill looking out over the village, and closing his eyes because he remembers something bad in his past. It's a little short, but I like the flute in it. 9/10, 5/5.
