This is a bit decent. The music is sometimes ended a little bit quick and the sprite animation is sometimes choppy. It is sometimes confusing to see Sonic in its super form without the seven Chaos Emeralds because it's impossible doing a super form of a Sonic character without Chaos Emeralds. Also, I am not sure who had been killed when Sonic said, "I destroyed the closest thing related to you," or something like that. I would have disagreed with only having Mario defeat Sonic in the ending if you had a chance to make an ending choice in the end. This would have been better if you shown the seven Chaos Emeralds in Sonic's transformation and more sense of why Sonic killed Luigi or Peach or Yoshi. You can also put more characters in the flash since the plot needs more than just three characters. I am both a Mario and Sonic fan and you should have put more respect in Sonic than just trying to let Mario kill both Tails and Sonic.

This was quite bad, really, you could have used background sprites in the beginning, and during the fight, Mario and Sonic fight for a bit and then talk, then they fight, then they talk, seriously?
not so good but at least for once mario wins
AHHHHHHHHH! You could at least let us choose the ending, but I guess you put a lot of effort into this flash movie, so the least I could do is give you 5 stars.
