I dont get it..
I mean, the animation was really sketchy and not real smooth. I noticed your frequent use of movie clips and such. The character Dr. Decapi is not well drawn and neither is that Robot thing..
Bendee stick himself would always change in sizes.. which is never a good thing. I gave it a decent score since it was pretty humorous.
Id expect something from Ralph Sweeney (His Pride) to get this high a score, though..
