Quite a discernable difference. What the hell is this piece of shit? How can you be so moronic and bloody minded about the fact that guns are designed purely to KILL!! What is it about the american state of mind that means that they shoot two loads every-time they fire a bullet? Let me state that this movie got 10 from a man (and i mean that in a very loose sense) calling himself "Der_Fuhrer", let me repeat that "DER FUHRER". This is a very bad and very stupid movie which fails to even add a minute piece of intelligent comment to an important debate.

As I have said before. The individual is the cause, but the gun (like many people already said) is the tool.
It also happens to be the most convenient tool in a criminal's arsenal. Most criminals statistically have a low IQ, and that cuts out explosives, which involves a moderate high school knowledge of chemistry. Knives are much easier to conceal, of course, but it takes a LOT of strength, they are only long-range in the case of a knife that can be thrown.. The answer, of course, is to stop selling guns, ammunition, tools to repair guns, hell, ban gun-racks and confiscate all inventory at gun shops. Then, eventually start offering cash in exchange for firearms at local police stations and fire departments, while increasing legal penalties to posession of a gun. At the very least, guns will become very difficult to obtain, and criminals may resort to other forms of weaponry. But again, the police still have them, and riot gear. As for people who want their homes to be kept safe, there are burglar alarm systems, nonlethal weapons, (Pepper spray, tazers, tear gas..) and the ever-popular boot-to-the-arsehole.
